Thai Green Curry

Make your own Recipe for 4

Method: Heat the oil in a pot. Add Flavour Boat Green Curry Paste and a small portion of coconut milk and stir fry. Add meat and the rest of the coconut milk and water, wait until it is boiled. Add eggplant, vegetable, red chilli, coconut sugar syrup and fish sauce. Ensure meat is well cooked, Add basil leaves. Serve & Enjoy!

150g coconut milk
150g water
250g meat
50g Flavour Boat Green Curry Paste
150g eggplant or vegetables of your choice
5g sliced red chilli
2 basil leaves
40g coconut sugar
10g soybean oil
30g fish sauce if required

Thai Red Curry

Method: Heat the oil in a pot, add Flavour Boat Red Curry Paste and dissolve in a small portion of coconut milk, add vegetables and quickly sauté until just cooked. Add the rest of the coconut milk, 150g of water and bring to boil. Add coconut sugar syrup and fish sauce if required and cook until ingredients is tender. Add basil leaves taking care not to overcook them. Ideal with boiled rice. Serve & Enjoy!

150g coconut milk
150g water
250g meat, optional
50g Flavour Boat Red Curry Paste
150g vegetables of your choice
5g sliced red chilli
2 basil leaves
40g coconut sugar
10g soybean oil
30g fish sauce if required

Massaman Curry

Method: Mix Flavour Boat Massaman Curry Paste with coconut milk and water in a pot at medium heat. Stir until boiling. Add meat, peanut and diced potatoes, wait until well cooked. Add tamarind juice and coconut sugar syrup. Ideal with fragrant jasmine rice. Serve & Enjoy!

150g coconut milk
150g water
250g meat
50g Flavour Boat Massaman Curry Paste
100g diced potatoes 1.5cm
40g coconut sugar
10g tamarind juice
15g peanuts

Chilli tagliatelle

Chilli tagliatelle – Ready in 15 minutes

Method:

1 Cook the pasta in a large pan of lightly salted water following the pack instructions.

2 Meanwhile heat the oil in a large deep frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring for 2-3 mins then stir in the peppers and courgette and cook for a further 3-4 mins until all the vegetables are just tender.

3 Drain the pasta reserving 4tbsp of the cooking liquid. Add the pasta and reserved liquid to the frying pan with the Flavour Boat Samabl Oelek Paste. Toss the pasta until coated in the paste. Serve immediately in warmed pasta bowls topped with grated Parmesan, if liked.

1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
1 green pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
1 courgette, halved lengthways and thinly sliced

30g fish sauce if required
